might as well...

well, i wasn't going to start this thing until i got to india, or at least to training camp. but i thought i might as well write some things before i go and i guess compare them to what they are after i come back in late july. also, i have a lot of time on my hands and plenty of finals to study for...so i figured there is no better time than now to start blogging! (actually, the latter is most likely the main reason i am writing now).

in a few weeks, i am leaving to go to india for about two months with youth in mission. i will be posting on here as much as i can to share with you my pictures and stories. i don't know how often i will be able to update, but i'm hoping every week or so. when i get there and see how things are i will be letting you know.




i found out today that mom and i (and i think becca?) are going to drive up to st louis labor day weekend, and i'll be coming back the day before i leave for training camp. i'm so pumped! i'm really glad i get to see my family and leslie..who i guess is part of the family as well...before i leave! i was really upset that i wouldn't see them until august. so i'll probably write a little about that trip and then i promise the rest will be from india! :)

anyways, you have to watch this video. this kid is ridiculous.
